Role & responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire customers for Home Loan products.

- Conduct field sales activities and meet prospective customers.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, and property dealers.

- Explain Home Loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

- Follow up with customers and convert leads into business.

- Collect required documents and coordinate with the loan processing team.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

- Maintain good customer relationships and provide support throughout the loan application process.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduation is compulsory.

- Only experienced candidates; freshers are not eligible.

- Candidates with Home Loan, Housing Finance, or Banking Sales experience preferred.

- Experience with Bajaj Housing Finance or Axis Bank is preferred.

- Good knowledge of banking products and Home Loan processes.

- Solid communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.

- Must be comfortable with field sales and customer visits.

- Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.

- Age limit: 1836 years.

- Location preference: Virar, Vasai, Nalasopara, and nearby areas.
