Job Summary

We, at Man Investment Services Private Limited are looking for a dynamic Loan Advisor - SME Lending to acquire and manage SME/MSME clients requiring Business Loans, Working Capital Finance, Cash Credit, Overdraft, LAP, and Supply Chain Finance solutions. The role involves client acquisition, financial assessment, lender coordination, and end-to-end management of loan transactions.

What are the Key Responsibilities for the Loan Advisor role:

- Source and onboard SME/MSME clients through direct sales, referrals, and qualified networks.
- Understand clients' funding needs and recommend suitable lending solutions.
- Analyze financial statements, bank statements, GST returns, and business cash flows.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan approvals and disbursements.
- Manage the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, CFOs, CAs, and channel partners.




- Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in SME Lending, Business Loans, Working Capital, LAP, Corporate Banking, or NBFC Sales.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business credit assessment.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Existing network among SMEs, CAs, or business communities will be an advantage.
