Role Description





- Conducting matters independently from the drafting stage through to final arguments
- Drafting pleadings, petitions, applications, written statements, appeals and legal notices
- Appearing before District Courts, Family Courts, Consumer Commissions, Arbitral Tribunals, Appellate Authorities and the High Court
- Conducting and assisting in domestic enquiries and preparing enquiry reports
- Advising clients on litigation strategy, legal risk and settlement options
- Supervising and reviewing the work of junior associates

Eligibility and Qualifications

- LL.B. degree from a recognised university and enrolment with a State Bar Council
- 7 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in trial and appellate litigation

Terms of Engagement

- Full time position based at the Firm's office in New Delhi
- Remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience
