Key Responsibilities

- Manage Legal recovery proceedings against NPA borrowers, ensuring timely follow-ups before courts and competent authorities.
- Coordinate the service and execution of summons, bailable warrants, and non-bailable warrants through appropriate legal channels.
- Liaise with police authorities, court officials, and empanelled advocates for the lawful execution of warrants and recovery orders.
- Follow up on proceedings involving proclaimed persons/offenders, wherever legally applicable.
- Manage recovery actions under the SARFAESI Act, including Section 13(2) notices, Section 13(4) measures, possession proceedings, and Section 14 applications.
- Conduct approximately 68 customer visits per day,



depending on geography and case requirements, for recovery follow-ups, settlement discussions, and resolution.
- Focus on meaningful recovery and loan closure rather than merely collecting overdue instalments.
- Negotiate settlements and repayment plans within approved company policies and delegated authority.
- Monitor legal cases end-to-end, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely MIS reporting.
- Identify cases requiring stronger legal intervention and recommend appropriate recovery strategies.
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with applicable laws, RBI guidelines, court directions, and company policies.
