Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd. (KAFL) is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atul Auto Limited. The company specializes in financing three-wheelers and operates across multiple states in India.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Legal Officer to manage legal matters related to vehicle finance, loan recovery, documentation, litigation, and coordination with advocates and legal authorities. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in the NBFC, banking, or vehicle finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle legal matters related to loan defaults, recovery, and overdue accounts.
- Manage legal notices, documentation, and case-related records.
- Coordinate with advocates, law firms, courts, police authorities, and other legal bodies.
- Handle legal proceedings related to loan recovery, repossession, and enforcement of security interests, wherever applicable.
- Assist in filing and monitoring legal cases against defaulting customers.




- Ensure timely follow-up on pending cases and maintain updated legal records.
- Review legal documents, agreements, notices, and other relevant paperwork.
- Support the collection team in resolving legal issues related to delinquent and NPA accounts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, RBI guidelines, and company policies.
- Prepare legal reports and provide regular updates to management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- Experience: Prior relevant work experience is mandatory.
- Experience in an NBFC, bank, vehicle finance company, or loan recovery legal department will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of legal procedures, loan recovery, litigation, and documentation.
- Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal cases and maintain proper records.
