Role Overview:

We are looking for a Legal Executive to manage legal documentation, due diligence, compliance, and legal matters related to the companys lending and NBFC operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and vet loan agreements, legal deeds, NOCs, No Dues Letters, Pari Passu Letters, and other legal documents.
- Conduct property title searches and due diligence for securities/collateral.
- Review contracts, onboarding documents, and KYC documentation for legal validity.




- Provide legal opinions and support on lending-related legal and regulatory matters.
- Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and other authorities, wherever authorized.
- Coordinate with external counsel and maintain records of legal matters.

Eligibility:

- LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
- Strong legal drafting, vetting, and property title verification skills.
- Knowledge of NBFC operations and the RBI regulatory framework is preferred.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and representation skills.
