Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Legal Associates (Non-Litigation) with an interest in real estate law. This role is ideal for fresh law graduates who wish to build a career in property law, title verification, legal due diligence, documentation, and RERA compliance.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior lawyers and gain practical experience in property transactions and non-litigation legal services.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct property title verification and prepare title reports by reviewing historical ownership documents.
- Perform legal due diligence for land and property transactions in urban and rural areas.
- Review and summarize Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Wills, Partition Deeds, Khata Extracts, RTCs, Encumbrance Certificates, and other property records.
- Assist in drafting and vetting Sale Agreements, Lease Deeds, Construction Agreements, Powers of Attorney, and other legal documents.




- Maintain organized legal records, documentation, and client reports.
- Assist senior lawyers with real estate transactions, client queries, and legal compliance reviews.
- Research applicable property laws, land records, and RERA regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Interest or academic knowledge in property law, the Transfer of Property Act, land acquisition laws, stamp laws, and RERA regulations.
- Ability to read Kannada is mandatory.
- Good legal drafting, document review, and research skills.
- Familiarity with property verification procedures and land records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail, professional integrity, and a willingness to learn.
