Mathematics Faculty – IIT-JEE & NEET

About the Role

We are looking for a highly qualified and passionate Mathematics Faculty member to prepare students for competitive entrance examinations, including JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET. The ideal candidate must have a strong academic background from an IIT or NIT and excellent subject knowledge, teaching skills, and the ability to deliver results in competitive exam preparation.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

- Educational Background: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a relevant engineering/science discipline from an IIT or NIT – mandatory.
- Teaching Expertise: Proven expertise in Mathematics for JEE Main and JEE Advanced, with the ability to teach NEET-level Physics-related mathematical concepts where applicable.
- Competitive Exam Preparation: Robust command over JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET examination patterns, syllabi, and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent conceptual clarity and the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple, structured manner.
- Experience in coaching students for competitive entrance examinations is highly preferred.




- Ability to prepare lesson plans, practice sheets, assignments, mock tests, and exam-oriented study material.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and student mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Mathematics to students preparing for JEE Main and JEE Advanced.
- Support NEET aspirants with relevant mathematical concepts wherever required by the curriculum.
- Develop students’ conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, speed, and accuracy.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students to solve advanced-level numerical and application-based problems.
- Track student progress and implement strategies to improve academic performance.
- Collaborate with the academic team to maintain high teaching standards.

Experience

- Prior experience in a reputed IIT-JEE coaching institute is preferred.
- Fresh IIT/NIT graduates with exceptional subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.

Pay: From ₹900,000.00 per year
