Implement 2 major Lean/Kaizen projects per quarter.

Improve overall process cycle time by 10% within the quarter.

Objective 2: Reduce Operational Waste & Losses

Reduce production defects/rework by 5%.

Improve OEE by through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Objective 3: Build a Continuous Improvement Culture

Conduct 1 Lean training/workshop every month.
