Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in automation testing, specifically with a strong emphasis on Cypress and Playwright. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our applications.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress and Playwright.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create test plans.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Continuously enhance the automation framework and testing processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Report and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Mentor junior QA team members in automation best practices.

Mandatory Skills





- Strong expertise in Cypress and Playwright for automation testing.
- Proficient in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with other automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience in performance testing and security testing.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in QA automation.
- Proven track record of successful automation projects.
