We are looking for Lead Scala/Pekko Engineer as a Full Time for our IT Company.

Back-End Scala Engineer – with 12+ years experience

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, highly available back-end services in a cloud-native, event-driven environment.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code using Scala (Pekko/Akka, Cats, Cats Effect) and Java/Python optional
- Contribute to system architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and API design decisions.
- Implement and support Event Sourcing, CQRS, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and event-driven architectures using Kafka.
- Build, scale, and maintain resilient, high-performance APIs and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.




- Work with relational and non-relational databases.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Front-End, and SRE teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, performance, observability, and operational excellence.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automation, and software delivery processes.
- Work effectively within Agile product development teams with strong ownership and autonomy.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, a growth mindset, strong communication skills, and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.
- Require 12+ years of Scala software engineering experience with strong expertise in up-to-date backend development practices.
