The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for managing recruiting activities for Trask, a fast-growing technology company. This position will include overseeing the entire recruiting process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

The Lead

Recruiter will create and maintain relationships with candidates, develop strategies to help Trask grow by finding top talent, and ensure that the recruiting process meets criteria and goals established by management. Additionally, the Lead Recruiter will collaborate with departments throughout the organization to facilitate the hiring needs of their hiring teams. The ideal candidate will have a track record of experience successfully hiring for technology-focused roles in a quick-paced setting.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain recruitment and sourcing strategies to identify, attract, screen, and recruit highly qualified and suitable candidates to fill current and projected openings.




- Partner with hiring managers in directing and managing the entire recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize a variety of resources to source and select the best qualified candidates for current and projected openings.
- Responsible for reviewing resumes, interviewing and assessing applicants, and recommending hire/no hire decisions.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance on selection of candidates.
- Follow hiring procedures in order to ensure each candidate is treated fairly and consistently.
- Review and evaluate applicant skills, qualifications and experience in order to select qualified employee candidates.
- Perform background verification checks as per organization policy.
- Keep up to date with current recruitment trends, methods, and initiatives.
