We’re looking for a Lead QA (AVP level) who combines market insight with engineering rigor to build, scale, and secure our next-gen trading systems.

What You’ll Own As the QA Lead, you’ll be the guardian of reliability for platforms where milliseconds, scale, and precision define success. You’ll drive the end-to-end quality strategy across multiple trading products — ensuring that every order, every execution, every tap works flawlessly.

• Define & Execute the QA Strategy:

Own the quality roadmap for our Equity, F&O;, Mutual Fund, and Onboarding platforms.

• Champion Test Automation:

Build robust automation frameworks across web, mobile, desktop, and APIs to ensure consistent, scalable coverage.

• Performance & Load Testing:





Design and implement performance tests to simulate real-world, high-volume trading scenarios.

• Drive Continuous Quality:

Partner with Product and Engineering teams from sprint planning to release — embedding QA early in the SDLC.

• Build & Mentor a High-Impact QA Team:

Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and technical excellence. • Ensure Compliance: Validate that our systems adhere to regulatory and security standards in capital markets.

Technical Edge:
