- Manage and mentor 2 analysts and oversee delivery quality.
- Develop KPI frameworks, scorecards and executive dashboards.
- Perform advanced data analysis, trend analysis and root cause analysis.
- Build Power BI dashboards, DAX measures and data models.
- Automate reporting and workflows using VBA, Power Automate and Python.
- Lead cross-functional projects and track perks realization.
- Design executive communications and project newsletters using Adobe Express.
- Support ITIL-aligned service improvement initiatives.
