Purpose/Objective

To lead the conceptualization, planning, design development, and execution of interior design solutions across residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, and township projects.

The role is responsible for delivering innovative, functional, aesthetically superior, and customer-centric interior environments while ensuring alignment with project objectives, quality standards, budgets, timelines, and Adani Realty's design vision.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Interior Design Planning & Development - Lead end-to-end interior design activities from concept development through design detailing and execution.

- Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, space planning layouts, and design presentations.
- Ensure design solutions align with project requirements, market positioning, customer expectations, and brand standards.
- Establish interior design guidelines, standards, and best practices across projects.

Design Management & Coordination - Coordinate with architects, landscape consultants, MEP, structural, lighting, and project teams to achieve integrated design solutions.

- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and design submissions from consultants.
- Ensure consistency in design intent and quality across all project stages.
- Manage design consultants and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Space Planning & Design Excellence - Optimize space utilization while enhancing functionality, aesthetics, and user experience.

- Drive innovative design solutions for lobbies, clubhouses, amenity spaces, sales galleries, common areas, and model apartments.




- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, safety requirements, and accessibility norms.
- Incorporate contemporary design trends and evolving customer preferences into project designs.

Project Execution & Quality Assurance - Provide design support during project execution to ensure adherence to approved concepts and specifications.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor quality, workmanship, materials, and finishing standards.
- Resolve site-related design challenges through practical and cost-effective solutions.
- Review mock-ups, prototypes, and material samples prior to execution.

Material Selection & Vendor Management - Lead selection and specification of finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, décor elements, and interior materials.

- Evaluate and manage interior contractors, vendors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Review technical proposals, material submittals, quotations, and BOQs.
- Ensure procurement decisions align with project quality and budget objectives.

Cost Optimization & Value Engineering - Participate in budgeting and cost planning activities related to interior design.

- Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising design intent or quality.




- Monitor design-related costs and recommend optimization measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Innovation & Sustainability - Promote sustainable and environmentally responsible interior design practices.

- Integrate energy-efficient materials, sustainable finishes, and wellness-focused design principles.
- Research emerging design technologies, materials, and industry trends to enhance project outcomes.

Stakeholder Management - Present design concepts and progress updates to senior management and business stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Development, and Projects teams for customer-focused design delivery.
- Support project launches, marketing initiatives, and customer walkthroughs through design inputs.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.

- Master's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Urban Design, or equivalent will be preferred.

Experience - 8–12 years of experience in interior design for large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or township developments.

- Proven experience in managing interior design projects from concept to execution.
- Robust exposure to premium residential developments, clubhouses, customer experience centers, and common area interiors.
- Experience in consultant coordination, design reviews, material selection, and project execution management.
