Role Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, and product explanation. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Connect with potential clients and introduce company products and solutions
- Understand customer requirements and explain automation solutions, battery equipment, and testing systems
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the field sales / project sales team
- Maintain and update CRM / lead database
- Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
- Support the sales team in proposal discussions and coordination

Required Skills





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in inside sales / tele-sales / lead generation
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple way
- Basic understanding of industrial products / automation / machinery (preferred)
- Good follow-up and client handling skills
