Role Description The Lead Full Stack AI Architect – Enterprise AI & Agentic Platforms is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end AI architectures, including data pipelines, model lifecycle, APIs, and user-facing applications for enterprise and agentic AI platforms. The architect will collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to define technical standards, select appropriate tools and frameworks, and ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.

Day-to-day work includes hands-on software development, code reviews, solution prototyping, and guiding teams in implementing robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions. The role also involves overseeing project execution, mentoring engineers, and aligning technical roadmaps with business and compliance requirements.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills for complex, enterprise-scale AI and data platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills across full-stack environments (backend, frontend, APIs) with up-to-date programming languages and frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills to connect AI services, data sources, and legacy systems using APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Experience with cloud platforms Azure and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI workloads.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML stacks (LLMs, agentic frameworks, vector databases, MLOps tools) in production environments.
- Experience in knowledge store set-up and RAG. Also must know how to optimise AI for best/desired output.
- requires considerable knowledege on AI governance (Builing guadrails, input and output Date Security etc.)
- Strong understanding of data engineering, security, and compliance in enterprise contexts.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
