We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance & Accounts to lead the organization's overall financial operations, accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, financial planning, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial discipline, strengthening internal controls, optimizing cash flow, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management for informed business decisions.

A Chartered Accountant (CA) with substantial experience in financial leadership, preferably within the real estate, property management, or construction industry, will be preferred.

Requirements-

- Prior experience in real estate development, property management, construction, or a related industry will be highly preferred.
- Solid expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, MIS reporting, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- · Demonstrated experience in managing financial closures, reconciliations, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
