- Ability of managing team & balancing workloads

Responsibilities

- Manage Payment and Forms team
- Ensure no Penalties or Interests are incurred on cases due to delay in processing
- Provide overall view of SLAs & inventory to the stakeholders
- Responsible for overall team performance on defined SLAs
- Capable to manage/ resolve escalations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory/ legislative/ DOI requirements
- Provide inputs and insights to enhance team knowledge and skill

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of work experience in Business Process Off shoring. Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the US P&C; Insurance (Payments & Forms) domain.
