Generative AI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Generative AI Developer to design and build enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI technologies. The role involves developing scalable, secure, and production-ready applications that enable intelligent automation and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy Generative AI applications, AI agents, and conversational AI solutions.
- Build RAG-based systems and intelligent workflows using enterprise data sources.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases.
- Develop backend services and optimize AI applications for performance, accuracy, and cost.
- Implement security, governance, monitoring, and compliance controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and AI guardrails.
- Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Robust proficiency in Python, REST APIs,



and microservices development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with vector databases, SQL/NoSQL databases, and AI application deployment.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and LLMOps/MLOps practices.

Desired Skills & Knowledge

- Experience building AI copilots, AI agents, or enterprise automation solutions.
- Understanding of Knowledge Graphs, Graph RAG, MCP, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, Claims, Underwriting, or Customer Service systems.
- Understanding of Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, Retail, or Financial Services domains.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 5 years of software development experience.
- 2 years of hands-on experience building Generative AI or LLM-based applications.
- Experience delivering enterprise-grade production solutions.
