Required Skills and Experience

- Mandatory Active certification on CCNP or CCIE. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong L3 experience in network administration, support, or operations.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Routing and Switching
- Wired and Wireless Networks
- TCP/IP and Network Protocols
- Firewalls, VPN, ACLs, and Network Security
- Network Monitoring and Performance Management

- Hands-on experience with enterprise network technologies such as Cisco, Aruba, Check Point, Fortinet, Juniper, or similar.
- Experience in at least one or more of the following domains:

- Data Centre Networking, including Cisco Nexus, NX-OS, or ACI technologies
- Enterprise/Campus Wired and Wireless Networks
- Network Security Operations

- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes.
- Solid troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experienced L3 Network Consultant with expertise in Cisco and Juniper technologies and CCNP/CCIE-level networking knowledge.
- Advanced Routing & Switching skills with a strong understanding of enterprise and service provider network environments.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Network Product TAC Support and Project Implementation.
- Proven experience in product support, major incident management, issue resolution,



service restoration, and network deployment activities.
- Strong experience in handling critical escalations, root cause analysis, and driving service recovery within SLA commitments.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.
- Excellent technical documentation, stakeholder management, and written communication skills.
- Experience working in enterprise network environments with responsibility for operational stability, customer support, and continuous service improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

- CCNP or CCIE certification.
- Experience with Meraki, Cisco Nexus 7K/9K, Cisco ACI, Fortinet/Check Point firewalls, Aruba wireless, Juniper Networks, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or equivalent.
- Experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical escalation lead.
- Prior experience in Network TAC, Managed Services, or Enterprise Network Operations environments is highly preferred.
