- Desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device support
- Basic networking, Wi-Fi, switches, ports, and network cabling
- Microsoft Intune and device management
- Patch management and device provisioning
- ITSM tools and incident management
- Coordination with L3 teams and vendors
