Job Requirements*

- Skilled L2 engineer to support and administer Microsoft 365 services in a hybrid environment, ensuring service availability and adherence to SLAs
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 support and administration
- Experience supporting enterprise hybrid Exchange environments
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online & Exchange Server (Hybrid), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online administration
- Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, Active Directory, and Windows Server
- PowerShell scripting for administration and automation
- Sound understanding of DNS, SMTP, mail flow, and authentication
- Familiarity with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management

Key Responsibilities*

- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange On-Premises (Hybrid) environments
- Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow, transport rules, and Exchange migrations
- Administer Microsoft Teams, including Teams, Channels, Meeting Policies, Calling, and collaboration features
- Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, document libraries, and user access




- Support Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, MFA, and Conditional Access
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement service improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to resolve complex issues
