About Voise Tech

Voise Tech is building a high-performance, enterprise-grade AdTech platform designed to process billions of advertising transactions daily. We are developing our own Ad Server, Video Advertising and other Tech solutions using Coding Fundamentals, Apache Kafka and Click House, with a robust focus on scalability, performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage our multi-node Apache Kafka bare-metal clusters.
- Optimize Kafka throughput, partitions, replication, latency and resource utilization.
- Manage KRaft, producers, consumers, consumer lag, retention and topic configurations.
- Ensure high availability, data durability, monitoring, alerting and disaster recovery.




- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize Kafka for high-volume, real-time event processing.
- Work closely with engineering teams on Kafka-to-ClickHouse data pipelines.

Qualifications

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka administration in production.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, networking and performance tuning.
- Experience with Kafka monitoring, automation and troubleshooting.
- B.E./B.Tech preferred.
