– KANNADA SALES COORDINATOR

Division: Prefabrication (Prefab)

Location: Tambaram, Chennai

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a Kannada-speaking Sales Coordinator for our Prefab Division to handle customer enquiries, coordinate sales activities, and support the order-to-delivery process for prefabricated products.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries related to prefab products, portable cabins, site offices, and other prefabricated structures.
- Coordinate with the sales team and follow up on sales leads.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate customer orders.
- Follow up on order status, production, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and daily reports.
- Follow up with customers for payments and outstanding dues, wherever required.

Requirements





- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or sales coordination.
- Kannada-speaking candidates are mandatory.
- Tamil knowledge is a must.
- Hindi and other languages preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and typing.
- Positive communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates residing in and around Tambaram are preferred.
- Experience in construction, building materials, or prefab products will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
