Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in recruitment and talent sourcing. Freshers with a robust interest in HR and recruitment are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

No targets

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Support offer follow-ups and joining coordination.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
