We are seeking a young and motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build their career in MEP Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Commercial Management while working on building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Assist in preparing MEP quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates

✅ Support cost planning, budgeting, and cost control activities

✅ Assist in evaluating contractor payments, variations, and claims

✅ Participate in tender analysis and procurement activities

✅ Maintain project cost records and prepare cost reports

✅ Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors

✅ Support contract administration and commercial management functions

✅ Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of project costs





Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying

✔ 1-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply)

✔ Basic understanding of MEP systems and construction practices

✔ Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and other quantity surveying tools

✔ Robust analytical and communication skills

✔ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
