We are looking for a responsible, organised, and enthusiastic Junior Public Relations Officer (PRO) to coordinate transport-related activities at our CBSE-affiliated school. The candidate will communicate with parents, drivers, transport staff, and school management to ensure smooth and efficient transportation services for students.

Qualifications:

- Any degree or relevant qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in school administration or transport coordination will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily school transportation activities.
- Communicate with parents regarding bus routes, timings, and transport-related concerns.
- Coordinate with drivers, bus attendants, and transport supervisors.
- Maintain transport records, student details, and bus route information.
- Handle parent enquiries and resolve transport-related issues professionally.




- Assist in planning and monitoring bus schedules and routes.
- Ensure proper coordination and student safety during transportation.
- Report transport-related issues to the school management.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interact professionally with parents and staff.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-organised.
- Knowledge of local routes will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
