The Role & Your Career Path

We are looking for a scientifically grounded analyst to serve as a crucial bridge between clinical/biological concepts and our software engineering teams. Please note: This is a data-focused analytical role, not a wet-lab position.

- Phase 1 (Months 1–6): An intensive internship (stipend of ₹12,000/month) focused on training in scientific data handling, literature review tooling, and clinical data extraction workflows.
- Phase 2 (Month 7+): Upon successful performance review, you will officially transition to a Full-Time Analyst role (₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month).

What You Will Do

- Systematic Literature Review: Conduct rigorous reviews of scientific literature, extracting and synthesizing complex clinical data from established databases (e.g., PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov) to support evidence-based research.
- Data Curation: Clean,



structure, and map biomedical datasets to standardized medical terminologies, optimizing them for advanced algorithmic processing.
- AI System Validation: Collaborate directly with the engineering team to evaluate, test, and benchmark the outputs of our tool against established biological ground truths and regulatory guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Translation: Act as the domain expert, translating intricate physiological pathways and biological concepts into actionable specifications for software developers.

Core Requirements

- Education: M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biology, Physiology, Medical Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of biological pathways, the drug discovery lifecycle, and clinical trials.
- Research Skills: Exceptional ability to read, analyze, and distill dense scientific papers into clear, structured, and concise evidence reports.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and database interfaces.
