About the Role-

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Full Stack Developer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in building, testing, and maintaining modern web applications. In this role, you will work closely with our product, design, and senior engineering teams to develop responsive user interfaces and robust backend services. This is an ideal position for an early-career engineer looking to grow their skills in an agile, quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities-

· Feature Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications from front-end user interfaces to back-end logic and databases.

· Front-End Engineering: Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into clean, responsive, and high-performance web components using modern JavaScript frameworks.

· Back-End & API Integration: Develop RESTful APIs, handle server-side business logic, and integrate third-party services.

· Database Management: Write and optimize queries, design schema structures, and manage relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

· Testing & Debugging: Troubleshooting system issues, write unit/integration tests, and participate in code reviews to ensure software quality and performance.

· Collaboration: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborate via Git version control, and communicate progress effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical project experience).

· Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven hands-on experience developing web applications (internships, freelance, or commercial production experience included).

Technical Stack (Must-Haves):

· Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks like React.js or Angular.

· Back-End: Proficiency in server-side technologies such as Node.js (Express), Python, or Java.

· Databases: Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

· Tools & Version Control: Experience with Git / GitHub, Postman for API testing, and basic debugging tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) or containerization tools like Docker.

· Understanding of basic CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.

· Exposure to Agile/Scrum project management workflows.

Soft Skills & Mindset:

· Communication: Explicit verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas within a team.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
