We aren't looking for standard corporate marketing; we are looking for a true gamer to build our community from the ground up and get real players excited about our game.

The Role: We are hiring a Community & Growth Manager to take ownership of our Reddit and Discord presence. Your primary north star metric will be driving Steam Wishlists.

Please note: This is not an Instagram, Facebook, or Canva graphic-design role. If your background is strictly in traditional B2B/B2C social media agencies, this role is not for you. We need someone who understands gaming communities, internet culture, and how to talk to players authentically.

What You Will Do:

- Reddit Outreach: Identify relevant subreddits (gaming, indie dev, genre-specific) and post organic, engaging dev-logs, trailers, and updates without breaking self-promotion rules or sounding like a corporate ad.
- Discord Management: Set up, moderate, and grow our official Discord server. Organize community events, manage bots, host Q&As;, and keep the server highly active.
- Steam Wishlist Growth: Funnel traffic from Reddit, Discord, and other grassroots gaming communities directly to our Steam page.
- Feedback Looping: Act as the bridge between the players and the dev team, summarizing playtest feedback, bug reports, and community sentiment.
- Social Media & Content Operations: Run our day-to-day presence on gaming-relevant platforms (X/Twitter,



YouTube Shorts, Instagram). Schedule weekly updates, interact with indie game hashtags, and join discussions within the dev/gamer community.
- Light Graphic Creation (Adobe Express): Produce clean visual assets as needed—including Discord server banners, event thumbnails, patch-note headers, and meme-style social graphics using in-game captures.

Who You Are:

- You actively play PC/Indie games on Steam and understand what makes gamers tick.
- You are a native user of Reddit. You know what gets upvoted, what gets downvoted into oblivion, and how subreddit moderation works.
- You are highly experienced with Discord (role management, configuring bots, setting up channels, and fostering voice/text chat culture).
- You have excellent written English communication skills. You write like a human, not ChatGPT or a corporate press release.
- Bonus: You’ve previously helped launch an indie game or managed a gaming community/esports clan.

Compensation & Perks:

- Base Pay: ₹20,000 per month.
- Wishlist Milestone Bonuses: We have a generous bonus pool reserved for hitting specific Steam Wishlist targets over the next 6 months (e.g., hitting 3,000, 7,000, and 12,000+ net wishlists). If the game succeeds, you succeed.
