M-A Architects is a design-led architectural and planning practice with over 30 years of professional experience, delivering projects across diverse scales and typologies—ranging from institutional campuses, housing, hospitality, and urban master plans to socially responsive and context-driven architecture. DESIGNATION –

- Junior Architect | 2–3 Years of Experience.

TYPE OF PROJECTS –

- High-rise residential developments and apartments.
- Hospitality projects, including resorts and hotels.
- Commercial projects, including retail and corporate offices.




- Plotted developments and residential villa projects.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS –

- Ability to develop design options, architectural plans, sections, elevations, and basic 3D models based on the project brief and design direction provided.
- Ability to translate approved concepts into detailed architectural drawings and practical construction solutions.
- Working knowledge of building bye-laws, local development regulations, NBC provisions, and applicable fire and life safety requirements.
- Ability to prepare and develop conceptual drawings, design presentations, tender drawings, and detailed architectural drawing packages.
- Good understanding of construction detailing and the preparation of Valuable for Construction (GFC) drawings under senior guidance.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, dimensionally consistent, and sufficiently detailed for their intended purpose.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision records, schedules, and project documentation.
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
- Working understanding of structural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, firefighting, façade, landscape, and interior design drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret consultant drawings and understand their implications on architectural design and construction.
- Communicate and track coordination issues with the respective consultants and incorporate agreed resolutions into architectural drawings.
- Take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of assigned work.
- Follow up on pending consultant inputs, drawing revisions, and coordination requirements.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues, design conflicts, and delays instead of allowing them to affect project progress.
