Role Description

Assist in concept development and design across commercial, residential, and corporate projects.

Prepare architectural drawings, detail drawings, 3D models, and design presentations.

Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Support design documentation and project coordination.

Participate in site visits and design reviews to ensure design intent is maintained.

Follow applicable building regulations, quality standards, and sustainable design principles.

Stay updated on materials, technologies, and emerging design trends.

Qualifications





B.Arch degree from a reputed institution.

1–3 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm; motivated freshers with a strong design sensibility are also encouraged to apply.

Strong foundation in architectural design, concept development, and space planning.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and architectural visualization tools; familiarity with Revit is an advantage.

Understanding of construction materials, detailing, and local building regulations.

Ability to support project coordination, consultant liaison, documentation, and design milestones.

Knowledge of sustainable design principles and Indian building codes.

- Solid design sensibility, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
