CAP ProjectX is a growing Design & Build firm delivering end-to-end commercial projects across retail, hospitality, F&B;, corporate offices, showrooms and other commercial spaces. From concept development and design to execution, we work closely with our clients to bring projects to life.

We’re looking for a Junior Architect who is passionate about design, eager to learn and ready to contribute to projects from concept development to execution. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced architects and design teams while building strong technical and practical skills in commercial interior design.

The Role

- Assist in developing architectural concepts and design proposals based on project requirements.
- Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings under guidance.
- Support the preparation of design presentations, material palettes and finish selections.
- Assist in creating and updating architectural working drawings and design documentation.
- Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Research materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and emerging design trends.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and attention to detail across design deliverables.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into drawings and design proposals.
- Support site visits,



measurements and coordination with execution teams whenever required.
- Assist in tracking design deliverables and project timelines.

Who Should Apply

- B.Arch graduate with 0–2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with relevant architectural design software.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, space planning and design principles.
- Interest in commercial interiors, including retail, hospitality, F&B;, corporate offices and showrooms.
- Good visualisation, presentation and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience with SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualisation tools or rendering software will be an added advantage.
