Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Indian and domestic accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, collections, and customer reconciliations.
- Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.
- Support GST compliance, return preparation, and GST reconciliations.




- Execute month-end closing activities, accruals, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Utilize Zoho Books effectively and support internal/external audit and compliance requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of solid experience in end-to-end accounting.
- Core Skills: Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GST, and financial reconciliations.
- Operations: Hands-on experience with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Zoho Books and advanced MS Excel.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of standard accounting principles and compliance requirements.
- Background Preferences: Experience working with multiple clients/entities; candidates with backgrounds in Consulting Firms or Accounting Outsourcing are strongly preferred.
