Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Main responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of Municipal Drawings and Working Drawings while concentrating on the completion of projects within the set time frame.

- Assist in working on design and construction details.

- Maintain the same level of communication with other Jr. Technicians and other team members.

- Undertake day-to-day duties required under ISO standards and MIS systems.

- Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally.

- Use company resources in a responsible manner.

- Understand the importance of time and work efficiently on deadlines and under time pressure.

Essential Competencies:

- Valuable drafting skills- thorough in AutoCAD

- Experience in assisting on medium/ large scale Projects

- Keen attention to detail

- Experience working within a team

- Eager to learn and develop new skills

- Respect for Company virtues such as honesty, punctuality, and sincerity.

- Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop & or any 3D modelling tool.
