We are looking for a proactive Junior EHS Officer to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards at ELV and MEP project sites. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety procedures, conducting site inspections, identifying potential hazards, and promoting a protected working environment for all employees and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with EHS policies and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections at ELV and MEP project sites.
- Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by workers.
- Identify unsafe acts and conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for site workers.
- Assist in preparing risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statements.
- Ensure safe working practices during cable pulling,



cable tray installation, electrical work, work at height, and other site activities.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports, and relevant EHS documentation.
- Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to the concerned project team.
- Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and contractors to implement safety measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and client-specific EHS requirements.
