Job summary

We are hiring a junior resource to run hands-on campaign execution on marketing automation platforms such as MoEngage, CleverTap and Netcore. You will build and launch workflows and journeys across email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, voice agents, in office pop-ups and in-app messages, then track results and improve them.

Roles and responsibilities

- Execute campaigns on MoEngage, CleverTap, Netcore and similar platforms across email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, voice agents, on-site pop-ups and in-app messages.

- Get WhatsApp, SMS and RCS templates registered and approved, following each channel's format and compliance rules.

- Create workflows and journey campaigns, from audience setup and triggers to messaging, delays and exit conditions.

- Run test sends and quality checks on every campaign before it goes live.

- Track campaign and journey reports covering delivery,



engagement, clicks and conversions.

- Use the reports to spot drop-offs and improve content, timing and journey logic.

Required skills and experience

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience with a marketing automation tool such as MoEngage, CleverTap or Netcore.

- Worked on email, WhatsApp, voice agents, SMS, RCS, on-site pop-ups and in-app messages.

- Has got WhatsApp, SMS and RCS templates registered and approved. Has built workflows and journey campaigns end to end.

- Comfortable reading campaign reports and acting on what they show

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
