Job Summary

K. C. Sebastian & Sons is looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. We deal in premium hardware products and are looking for a candidate who can provide excellent customer service, understand customer requirements, and help customers select the right products for their homes and projects.

Candidates with previous experience in showroom sales, especially in hardware, building materials, interior products, or home improvement products, will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance throughout their showroom visit.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs and budget.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, and usage clearly.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and contribute to sales growth.




- Ensure products are properly displayed and the showroom remains neat and well-organized.
- Coordinate with the billing, inventory, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and product features.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the showroom.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust customer-handling and sales skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience in showroom sales is an added advantage.
- Experience in hardware, building materials, sanitaryware, interior products, furniture, or home improvement products will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
