We are looking for a skilled and creative Makeup Artist to join our live-streaming platform team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for preparing live-stream performers for on-camera appearances by creating professional makeup looks that enhance their appearance under studio lighting and ensure they look their best during live sessions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of makeup techniques, skin preparation, lighting requirements, and camera-ready beauty looks. A passion for beauty, entertainment, and working in a dynamic studio environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply professional, camera-ready makeup for live-stream performers.
- Create different makeup looks based on performer preferences, studio requirements, and content themes.
- Ensure makeup looks natural and flawless under studio lights and on high-definition cameras.
- Perform skin preparation, foundation matching, contouring, highlighting, eye makeup, and hairstyling touch-ups where required.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation of makeup tools, brushes, and products.
- Ensure performers are ready for scheduled live-stream sessions on time.
- Provide quick makeup touch-ups during breaks and between live sessions.
- Recommend suitable makeup products and techniques for different skin types and tones.
- Maintain an organised makeup station and manage product inventory.
- Coordinate with the studio and operations team to ensure smooth daily production.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a professional makeup artist preferred.
- Knowledge of bridal, party, glam, and camera-ready makeup techniques.




- Understanding of studio lighting and how makeup appears on camera.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Strong attention to detail and personal hygiene.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, depending on studio schedules.
- A portfolio of previous makeup work is an advantage.

Salary & Probation Policy
- Probation period: First 3 months.
- Probationary salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
- Post-probation salary revision: Salary will be reviewed after successful completion of the 3-month probation period.
- Increment: Any salary increase after probation will be based on performance, makeup quality, punctuality, consistency, professionalism, and overall contribution to the studio.

Please note that a salary increase after probation is performance-based and is not automatic.
