FICCI is looking for a suitable candidate at Joint Director level (mid-senior role) for the FICCI Young Leaders Forum. The incumbent shall be responsible for:

- Plan and organise capacity building programs, Investors meetings, events, conferences, seminars, roundtables etc., including identification of speakers, preparing event collaterals and communication matter for promotion, assisting with sponsorship, logistics, delegate participation and knowledge paper.
- Plan, write, edit, review and coordinate the development of reports, briefs, presentations and summaries for programs and committees and deliver the same.
- Engaging with program partners including senior Government of India officials, International agencies and the private sector.




- Keep track of various Start-up programs of Government of India and states to understand the scope of FICCI and private sector engagement.
- Orientation of servicing members.
- Create opportunities and generate revenue.
- Prepare and maintain regular updates to senior management on monthly activities, annual report and other review documents.

Key Skills Required;
- Networking skills preferably with CXOs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highest level of integrity and commitment

Minimum experience required:; 12-15 years (preferably in chambers)

Educational qualification: MBA (any specialisation)
