About the Role

Shankaram Jewellers is looking for creative and detail-oriented Manual Jewellery Designers with a passion for fine jewellery and traditional craftsmanship. Candidates should have an interest or expertise in designing Diamond Jewellery, Open Polki Jewellery, and Jadau Jewellery .

We welcome both freshers with strong design skills and experienced professionals. Candidates with knowledge of CAD jewellery designing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Create unique and elegant hand-drawn jewellery designs based on design briefs and customer requirements.
- Design a variety of jewellery, including diamond, open polki, and jadau pieces.
- Develop creative concepts for necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, bangles, and bridal jewellery sets.
- Prepare detailed sketches with accurate proportions, stone placements, settings, and design elements.
- Understand jewellery manufacturing techniques and coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are practical to manufacture.
- Incorporate current jewellery trends while maintaining the brand’s design aesthetic.
- Modify and refine designs based on feedback and client requirements.
- Maintain attention to detail in stone selection,



symmetry, finishing, and overall design balance.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong skills in manual jewellery drawing and sketching.
- Knowledge of diamond, open polki, and jadau jewellery designing.
- Positive understanding of jewellery proportions, stone layouts, settings, and craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of CAD jewellery designing will be an added advantage and preferred.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to interpret design briefs and translate ideas into detailed sketches.
- Freshers with relevant jewellery design education and a strong portfolio are welcome.
- Experienced candidates with a portfolio of previous jewellery designs are encouraged to apply.
