- Key Responsibilities
- ● Order Execution & Tracking: Assist in managing the complete life cycle of an order from initial sampling to final shipment.
- ● TNA Management: Maintain and track the Time & Action (TNA) calendar to ensure timely delivery of approvals, raw materials, and final goods.
- ● Vendor & Factory Coordination: Daily communication with vendors, fabric/trim suppliers, and production factories to monitor development and production status.
- ● Sampling Management:



Coordinate with the internal sampling department to prepare fit samples, size sets, and production counter-samples as per the Buyer's specifications.
- ● Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), cost sheets, and generate internal MIS reports on production status.
- ● Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure final products meet the required quality standards and buyer specifications.

Location :- Surat

● Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience as a Junior/Assistant Merchandiser in a retail brand, export house, or buying agency.

● Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, formulas) and ERP/SAP software (preferred).

● Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of fabric types, trims, garment construction, and apparel production workflows.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively handle buyer communications and vendor negotiations.
