Role Description The Jewellery Data Entry Person is responsible for accurately recording and updating product information, including item descriptions, weights, materials, prices, and stock details in the company’s systems. Day-to-day tasks include entering new inventory data, verifying existing records against physical stock, maintaining digital catalogues, and supporting the preparation of bills, tags, and labels. The role also involves coordinating with sales and inventory staff to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely updates for store operations.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



requiring consistent presence at the workplace and close collaboration with the shop team.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with jewellery-related information and basic understanding of Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry to accurately describe and classify products.
- Customer Service skills to support store staff with information requests and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with jewellery handling and processes, including Polishing, to identify product finishes and conditions when entering data.
- Willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning to adapt to new systems, procedures, and product lines.
- Solid attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and comfort working with spreadsheets or inventory software.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills; prior experience in data entry or retail inventory management is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work on-site full time in Mumbai.
