We are looking for an experienced and passionate Java Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in the banking domain. This role demands a highly skilled skilled with strong Java architecture knowledge, leadership capabilities, and experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications for banking systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and agile methodologies.
- Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementations and cloud deployments.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks.
- Maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and compliance protocols, especially relevant to banking systems.
- Interact with clients and provide technical insights for project planning and delivery.





Technical Skills Required:

- Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
- RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture
- ORM frameworks like Hibernate, JPA
- Frontend familiarity with Angular/React is a plus
- Strong SQL and database experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools
- Exposure to Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with banking products and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, etc.)

Domain Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of banking workflows, including retail banking, payments, lending, or core banking systems
- Prior experience in banking digital transformation projects is preferred
- Awareness of regulatory and security practices in the BFSI sector
