Our Java Backend

Developers work on scalable, secure, and high-availability systems powering mission-critical HR tech platforms, SaaS products, and enterprise integrations for global clients.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based backend services using Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

- Optimize database interactions with PostgreSQL/MySQL and implement caching layers using Redis or Hazelcast for low-latency responses.

- Build secure, scalable services with JWT/OAuth2 authentication, rate limiting, and audit logging aligned with enterprise SLAs.

- Collaborate with frontend and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI).

- Monitor, debug,



and resolve production incidents using APM tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and implement automated health checks.

- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and architectural decisions to maintain code quality and system resilience.
