Job Responsibilities

- Assist in operating and monitoring production machinery under the guidance of senior staff.
- Support routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair activities.
- Follow production schedules, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain cleanliness and workplace discipline as per 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Assist in identifying machine faults and reporting technical issues to supervisors.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and industrial safety practices.
- Maintain basic production and maintenance records as instructed.

Skills Required




- Basic technical knowledge of machines and tools.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Good discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Basic understanding of industrial safety.
- Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.

Eligibility
- Fresh ITI pass-out candidates are welcome.
- Relevant trades: Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, Mechanical, or related trades.
- Candidates willing to work in shifts may apply.

Salary: As per company norms. Employment Type: Full time

Training: On-the-job training will be provided.
