Position Overview

Palmiq is a fast-growing technology and managed services company delivering enterprise-grade IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions globally. We are seeking a customer-focused Level 1 IT Support Specialist to provide technical helpdesk and operational support to our international clients during US operational hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Help Desk Support: Provide L1 support via phone, email, and remote tools for hardware, software, connectivity, and access requests (MFA, password resets) while maintaining ticket logs in our PSA system.

- Google Workspace Administration: Manage user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding, permissions) and perform data operations in Google Sheets using complex formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, time-based functions).

- MacOS & Endpoint Support: Troubleshoot MacBooks and iMacs, configure software/peripherals, and support MDM device enrollment.

- Networking & Security: Diagnose core connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP) and follow security protocols for endpoint protection, identity verification, and incident escalation.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience:



2+ years of required MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.

- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration, advanced Google Sheets, MacOS troubleshooting, and core networking concepts.

- Tools & Systems: Familiarity with PSA/ticketing systems, remote access tools, and identity providers (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID).

- Skills: Strong English communication skills and ability to handle multiple support tickets efficiently.

- Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, or Google Workspace certifications.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
