Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer with basic networking knowledge and hands-on experience in IT support and CCTV installation to manage network infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and support on-site installation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Install and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Perform CCTV camera installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, including IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
- Handle network cabling, cable termination, and connectivity testing.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Visit client locations for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain technical documentation and installation reports.

Qualification & Skills

- Graduate/Diploma in IT,



Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in networking or IT support.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network cabling.
- Hands-on knowledge of CCTV installation is required.
- Knowledge of Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
