Job Title: IT Sales Intern

Duration: 3-6 Months

Eligibility: MBA Graduates / MBA Final-Year Students

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic MBA graduates to join our team as IT Sales Interns . This opportunity will help you gain hands-on experience in IT sales, business development, client relationship management, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain sales activity reports.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA graduates, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in IT sales and business development.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Internship Duration & Career Opportunity
- Duration: 6 months.

Your performance and productivity will be evaluated during the internship.
- Full-Time Opportunity: Based on satisfactory performance and productivity, you may be considered for a full time position upon successful completion of the first 3-6 months, subject to company requirements and evaluation.

Compensation & Incentives
- Performance-based sales commissions and incentives.
- Potential to earn commissions of up to ₹15 lakh, subject to the company's incentive structure, sales targets, and achievement criteria. Please confirm the applicable period and terms with the employer.
